A: Depend on items, some we can, some need mould cost.
Q: What is your packing method?
A: For sample, we will pack in a carton or a wooden box. For bulk, packed in carton each, then put in the pallets together.
Q: How long is the delivery time?
A: Samples need 7-10 days, bulk orders depend the quantity. If have stock, will send out at once when received payment.
Q: If we can get free sample before bulk orders?

Shipping & Delivery

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts.

Processing time refers to the time it takes to conduct order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent to our suppliers for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. Order processing takes an additional 2–4 days.

Shipping time refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days. Domestic delivery usually take between 7-14 business days. Note that due to unforeseeable circumstances, items can take longer to arrive at their destination from time to time.

Returns

Our return and exchanges policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
