Design Features

1.The core components,such asthe main and tail rotor heads and the tail gearbox,are all made of 7075 aviation-grade aluminum alloy,crafted through high-precision milling and composite processes.
2.Special custom double-row angular contact bearings are used in critical areas,while other parts utilize high-precision,low-clearance,high-speed,Iow-noise bearings.
3.The whole helicopter uses 12.9 alloy steel with high strength screw.
4.Enlarged swashplate size enhances cyclic pitch freedom,and the use of larger double-row angular contact bearings significantly boosts load-bearing capacity.Custom high-precision joint bearings for silky-smooth moves.
5.The specially designed symmetrical main rotor head ensures precise and stable flight through precise machining using special materials.
6.The main control pitch link is nearly identical in length to the CCPM servo link,facilitating convenient tuning with reversible teeth.The threaded locking depth is visually designed,making installation and maintenance simpler.Reinforced high-precision plastic ball head mounts enhance reliability and provide smooth operation
