1.The power indicator light is on, but the machine is not working?


The cutting head is stuck without lubricating oil added. You only need to add lubricating oil to the cutting head or use your little finger to wave the cutting head left and right to restore normal use







2.The blade of the blade is not neat and tilts left and right?


At present, only the plastic one-piece model of the hair clipper may have uneven cutting edges. This model of hair clipper cuts hair by swinging left and right, which is not a quality issue and does not affect its use. If you want it to be neat, we recommend manually adjusting the spring angle at the cutting edge. However, I still recommend that you purchase our metal body model




3.The received machine cannot be turned on, and the power indicator light is not on?


Normally, the product is out of battery or the battery level is low enough to drive the motor to work. We recommend that you charge it for 3 hours and try again. If it still cannot work properly after charging, please provide complete pre - and post charging videos so that we can verify the product issue for you.





4.During the use of the product, there may be gets hair caught or skin cutting?



The main purpose of this T9 hair clipper is to carve hairstyle patterns and trim beards. It is not recommended to use it to cut long hair. If you use it to trim long hair, please be careful not to touch the shaft in the center of the blade when using it, otherwise it will be caught in the shaft and cause hair get caught. However, our store has a product to prevent this situation, our''OHS S3 ''and ''OHS SL2 Dragon Plus'' products, which come with anti pinch hair protection covers on the blade. You can purchase this product.

The reason for cutting the skin is that the blade has not been lubricated with oil, resulting in excessive friction. It is recommended that you add lubricating oil to lubricate it.

Returns
