Q1: Why my doorbell installed battery, but only when the USB power supply can work, remove the USB cable doorbell will not work?
A1: We put the battery insulation sheet on the battery before delivery. When you use it, you need to take out the battery insulation first, so that the battery can work normally.
Q2: Why my doorbell can't connect to APP?
A2: * Please make sure your WiFi network is 2.4G Hz WiFi. This doorbell only works with 2.4G Hz WiFi, it can't work with 5G Hz WiFi.
* Please close to the WiFi router, when you connect the device.
Q3: My doorbell often drops the connection after connecting to the app, what should I do?
A3: * Don't install the doorbell on the door of metal material, because the metal will weaken the signal of wifi, which will cause the doorbell to offline frequently.
* Please install the doorbell close to the WiFi router. If the distance between the doorbell and the router is too far, the doorbell will not to receive signal of WiFi network
Q4: Do I need a paid subscription for cloud storage?
A4: Yes. This doorbell can't support micro SD Card to record. For the cloud storage, you can get a free 1-month trial, after 1 month, if you still want to use the cloud service, you need to pay for it.
